What test data and from what years are used?
WI State Assessments in grades 3-8 and grade 11 are used for test data. Report card scores are based on three to five years of Spring test data.
How is the data used to come up with a score? Priority Areas:
Student Achievement 0 - 50%
Student Growth = 0 - 50%
Closing GAPS = 25%
On-Track and Postsecondary Readiness = 25%
Deductions can occur if Student Engagement Indicators are not met:
Absenteeism Rate, with a goal of 13 % or less.
Dropout Rate, with a goal of 6% or less
