St. Croix Central School District will be closed tomorrow Wednesday, March 5th due to the Winter Storm Warning.
Kids CARE will be closed as well.
Because of DPI's required minimum hours of instruction, virtual learning will take place on Wednesday at the high school only. High school students and staff were prepped for this possibility earlier today.
All after school activities are canceled for tomorrow unless you hear differently from your coach or advisor.

The 6th & 7th grade band and choir students will be hosting a concerts tonight at the High School Auditorium. 6th grade will begin at 6:00 p.m. 7th grade will begin at 7:15 p.m. Please come on out and enjoy!
During spring break, on Wednesday, March 12th, we are hosting free drumming workshops for students and families, featuring Okello Kelo Sam. Choose from three workshop times: 8:00-9:00 AM, 9:30-10:30 AM, or 11:00 AM-noon.
Okello Kelo Sam (aka Sam) is a Ugandan musician, actor, and comedian, as well as the founder of Hope North, a secondary school and sanctuary for young victims of war in Uganda. He frequently travels to Wisconsin to share his musical talents with area school children. Many SCC students may remember his annual visits to our elementary school before 2020.

The Elementary School Food Service staff invites all students and staff to join them on Wednesday, March 5th for a free oatmeal breakfast to celebrate National School Breakfast Week! Staff will be serving up either plain or cinnamon oatmeal with healthy toppings. Come hungry!!

Congratulations to our Elementary Kindness Kids of the Week!
Several of Mrs. Rozeboom’s Independent Floral Design students recently had the opportunity to attend a workshop at the Krueger Wholesale Florist Facility in Rothschild. While there they toured the warehouse and learned about the marketing of the fresh flowers and took part in a hands on class making several items including a linear arrangement and men’s pocket square. It was a tremendous learning experience!
