Yesterday was an incredible day for our criminology students at St. Croix Central High School! 🏛️ Mr. Buckel took them to the Dunn County Courthouse in Menomonie, where they participated in a highly competitive mock trial.
It was a fantastic real-world experience, allowing our students to apply their knowledge in a dynamic and engaging environment. We're so proud of their hard work and dedication!
Boys Golf - Conference Tournament Recap
The conference tournament was held at Amery Golf Club, and teams faced extremely challenging conditions due to howling winds that made every shot difficult.
Our team had a slow start at the tournament, but demonstrated incredible resilience and determination as the day progressed. We finished very strong, culminating in a spectacular performance on the last three holes where we went par or birdie on each to surpass Baldwin-Woodville and secure 3rd place.
The team's final standing of 3rd overall is a significant achievement, especially considering the adverse weather conditions.
Individual honors were also earned by several of our players:
Max Hawkins earned 1st Team All-Conference honors.
Braiden Rasumussen earned 2nd Team All-Conference honors.
Max Waters received Honorable Mention.
Overall, the team played above expectations and has gained recognition from other schools as a competitive program.

Congratulations to junior, Jake Diaz, for ranking top 10 in Wisconsin for the 2025 qualifier for Microsoft Office Specialist certification exam in Excel. This is an incredible accomplishment and a lifelong skill transferable to any career.
These 3 students had artwork on display at the Phipps Center for the Arts in Hudson this last month. Their work was on display with other area High Schools during the month of April and May.
