High School Open House for students and parents
Wednesday, August 21, 2019, from 1:00-4:00pm and 5:00-7:00 pm.
Below is a list of tasks to be completed at OPEN HOUSE:

Complete consent form and pick-up Chromebook
Pay Chromebook insurance ($20.00)
Pay 1st-semester class fees.
Purchase sports activity card/sticker
Purchase parking permits ($5.00 - need vehicle year/model/color/license plate number)
Deposit money in your lunch account
Complete Student Contact & Emergency form/Annual Student Health Information form
Complete medication forms and drop off medications
SCHEDULE CHANGES: Scheduling changes can be made in the counseling department during Open House, but changes can be made prior to and after by emailing Mr. Madigan (for last names A-J) at email@example.com or Ms. Klein (for last names K-Z) at firstname.lastname@example.org.
