Create a Skydrive Account
Skydrive is a version of cloud computing. You can store and share documents online via Skydrive (with items being stored on Microsofts servers). All the high school students have Skydrive accounts, and you as a staff member can set one up to share documents with your colleagues.

Creating a PDF on your computer

Outlook -- Checking the size of your mailbox
We have implemented a 500,000KB mailbox size limit. If your mailbox gets too full, here's what torture we have devised for you:
-
Once your mailbox size reaches 480,000 KB you will receive a warning daily that you are getting close or exceed your limit.
-
If your mailbox reaches 490,000 KB you will be unable to send out any email.
-
Finally, if your mailbox has exceeded the 500,000 KB limit you will be unable to send OR receive any emails.
You can check the size of your mailbox by:
Office 2010
-
Open Outlook
-
In the section along the left side of the window (Navigation Pane) you should see your email address, right click on the email address, then left click on Data File Properties
-
Click on the Folder Size… button near the bottom of the window.
-
Total size is listed near the top of the window.
If you find yourself in the above predicament, delete some of your messages, especially those with attachments. If you have attachments you would like to save, simply drag the attachment into your F drive. I suggest printing a hard copy of important documents for your own peace of mind.
