What is ACP?

Per Wisconsin DPI, Academic and Career Planning, or ACP, is a student-driven, adult-supported process in which students create and cultivate their own unique and information-based visions for post-secondary success, obtained through self-exploration, career exploration, and the development of career management and planning skills. Current Job Market’s Impact on Student Preparation

The multifaceted curriculum offerings at the St. Croix Central prepare students for a variety of in demand careers. We offer strong preparation in core areas including English, Math, Science and Social Studies, as well as robust elective offerings in Agriculture Science, Art, Business, Computer Science, Music, Phy-ed, and Tech Ed.

Work based learning for students include the opportunity to participate in a work study program and Apprenticeships.

Students have the opportunity to take additional courses through any Wisconsin Technical College or University.  Several college classes are available in house for students to earn credit from UW- Oshkosh.

A partnership with Chippewa Valley Technical College (CVTC) and Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College (WITC) has provided the opportunity for students to earn certifications in the Welding and Construction Academies.
