Mrs. Rozeboom grew up on a diversified farming operation in Southwest Missouri.  She was active in 4-H (10 year member) and holds the American FFA Degree.

Upon completion of her Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from the University of Missouri , she accepted her first full time position with the University of Georgia’s Dairy Research Farm. While there, she discovered a love for education and teaching.

After moving to Tennessee and taking a position as a 4-H Extension Agent, she was invited to apply for a high school agriculture teaching position. This began her pursuit toward a post-baccalaureate in Agriculture Education and eventually a Master’s of Science in School Administration and Supervision. Mrs. Rozeboom taught at Westview High School located in Martin, Tennessee and served as its FFA Advisor from July 2000 until December 2006. A new job her husband pursued as the livestock judging coach at the University of Minnesota brought them here.

From 2007 until the end of summer 2014, Mrs. Rozeboom served as the professional advisor for the Department of Animal Science at the University of Minnesota within College of Food, Agriculture and Natural Resource Sciences.  While there, she worked with undergraduates on personal, career and academic planning.

Mrs. Rozeboom loves teaching and educating others about agriculture! One of her favorite quotes is from Thomas Jefferson. It reads “Agriculture ... is our wisest pursuit, because it will in the end contribute most to real wealth, good morals & happiness.” She hopes her students will learn to love and value the multitude of opportunities within the field of agriculture.

She and her family presently reside outside Roberts and enjoy raising beef show cattle and pigs.  They actively participate in many local, state and national shows. She loves volunteering through her children’s 4-H club, and enjoys baking, flower gardening and reading.
