St. Croix Central School District invites offers to submit proposals to furnish the following: School Nutrition (Food Service) Procurement. Contract will begin July 1, 2019 and end June 30, 2020 with the option to renew for up to 4 one year terms. The estimated dollar value of awarded contract is $729,013 annually. This will include delivery to three schools and one 4K site - SCC Elementary School - Roberts, Trinity Lutheran Church 4K Site – Hammond, SCC Middle School- Hammond and SCC High School-Hammond.

Proposals must be received by the Business Manager of St. Croix Central School District, at 915 Davis St., P.O. Box 118, Hammond, WI  54015 up until 12:00 P.M. – Noon CST, proposal close date: February 26, 2019, at which time and place proposals received will be logged for evaluation. Late proposals will not be accepted.

Required Attendance at Pre-Proposal Meeting; organizations who intend to submit proposals are required to attend the pre-proposal meeting on February 12, 2019, at 10:30 A.M. CST, at the following location: St. Croix Central Elementary School 202 S. Division St., Roberts, WI  54023. Only those organizations that have submitted a responsive proposal and attended the required pre-proposal meeting will be considered in the evaluation of proposals.
