On May 10, Mrs. B’s class participated in the Friendship Games- a track and field day for local schools that welcomes all abilities and allows for a day full of friendly competition and fun. We raced, we laughed, we met new friends, and we were overwhelmed by the cheer and support of our whole middle school!! To look into the stands and see our students waving signs and cheering their names and encouraging ALL participants, is something our athletes will never forget. Our hearts are full and proud.. days like today are what change our world for the better. Kindness wins another day SCC! Thank you to Baldwin-Woodville for hosting an incredible day and to all of the other schools and athletes for the fun- we will see you on the track next year at SCC!
